My personal take on a mono-blue, clue based control deck, 'blues clues' if you will. Utilizing
Baral, Chief of Compliance
and counterspell effects such as
Disallow
+
Metallic Rebuke
+
Void Shatter
(and
Negate
to an extent,) to keep key threats off the board. The twist of the deck is the win condition in
Mechanized Production
+
Trail of Evidence
to use the countered spells to both generate a way to draw with excess mana & close a game out with a "you win" card.
When it comes time to refuel, there is never a better target then
Glimmer of Genius
and with the discount from the consulate, it's an instant speed
Divination
with two AA batteries attached! Thanks Chief!
Walking Balista puts in the work for this deck, being as big as you need it to be, and being an acceptable target for
Mechanized Production
that can get easily out of control if you play your cards right.
and the twin hoses of terror,
Torrential Gearhulk
are the cream of the crop, drop 'em and watch the tears flow and the deck draw, keep it around for a turn with
Mechanized Production
attached and drown out the crying with a pressure washer to the FACE.
This deck is, obviously, still under work and being made by someone who loves flashy descriptions more then playtesting decks, but I'd take all the advice I can get! Leave your feedback down below!
