OMG this is literally the funniest deck I have seen in a long while, I don't want to playtest it as it might ruin the deck for me, but I have long thought about a landless deck, but the only way I could think of to make it happen was with most of the power9. I would suggest more interaction with the opponent as this is really sticking to the side of the field it is on, but I have no clue how to make it happen. Otherwise, +1 from me and thank you for making my day!

I would cut Noxious Revival , in all of my playtests it didn't really do much. I would Spellbook in place of it. This way you lose less life and you have more 0 mana artifacts which is good as well considering when I playtested the deck it didn't have enough at times. Anyways I love the deck +1!

Also I don't like Serum Powder that much. So overall I would change the deck like so:

-4 Noxious Revival -2 Serum Powder +2 Tormod's Crypt +2 Spellbook +2 Myr Enforcer

You might need just a few more creatures to make the deck better and Myr Enforcer fits the bill and since my suggestions involve adding more 0 mana artifacts, casting him will be easier

I am very intrigued by this idea, I might have to build one of my own. I would suggest you look at Mycosynth Golem > Kuldotha Forgemaster > Blinkmoth Urn as a way to generate mana without actually having land cards. This could allow you to play Darksteel Forge or other useful cards.

You can do some mill with Archive Trap, since fetches are a big thing you can punish them for wanting to fix their mana.
Also Leylines can be pretty nifty but if you don't get any on turn 0 they are going to be pointless.

Plus having traps allows you to say "You just activated my trap card" lol
