Another interesting experiment, this time an Esper "Voting" thingamajig that tries to set up a favorable board-state and then repeatedly trigger something like Lieutenants of the Guard or Messenger Jays .

• Start by getting Grudge Keeper and Brago's Representative / Ballot Broker out. These should make all voting scenarios favor you heavily.
• Azorius Signet and Ur-Golem's Eye help alleviate the pressure of casting so many +3-drops.
• When you're ready to start abusing your newfound political power, start with Tyrant's Choice , then work your way up to Lieutenants of the Guard or Messenger Jays .
• " Flicker " your "Council" creatures with cloudhsift, which is also useful for a bunch of other neat combat tricks.
• Recharge your hand with Foresee .
• An interesting interaction happens when playing this deck. Once you have enough Representatives / Brokers to ensure you win every vote, Grudge Keeper ends up sort of "forcing" your opponent/s to vote for whatever you vote for (or else they'll lose the vote and lose 2 life). This basically means that once you have your pieces in place, you'll get even more votes in favor of what you want. Told ya this wasn't a democracy. =P
