Fog and other similar cards : Blunt the Assault , Clinging Mists , Terrifying Presence ... or in white, Holy Day , Pollen Lullaby , Angelsong , Batwing Brume , Safe Passage ... and Isochron Scepter to cast them all the turns. Check out turbo-fog decks for ideas ?
For your mana, you could also add Noble Hierarch , and card:Avacyn's Pilgrim if you go down the white road.

Fog imo is your best option. Affinity also runs Inkmoth Nexus so you MIGHT need some land hate. (Also, land hate will screw over tron decks.)

And for land hate, Acidic Slime is good ; it is versatile, and it also has deathtouch, which could slow down aggro decks if you don't have any fog effect in hand.

First things first. I can't be able to counter EVERY deck. There just isn't enough room. What would I take out if I were to put in some Fog s?

Two of the most common decks in modern, based on recent tourney events, are affinity and Tron. Affinity runs a VERY low land count as everything is a 1-2 drop with a smattering of 3 drops so if you are able to pop that turn 1-2 land Most affinity decks are toast. Tron relys on the urza lands oh so much so if you pop that you have time.
What I think I am suggesting is Ghost Quarter , not a full set mind you, but 2 of them. (A basic will never be as good as a Tron land and affinity doesn't run any basics most times.)

This deck, and me in general, are all for the kitchen table :). I still might go 2x Ghost Quarter though :D.

I like the take no damage plus the ability to make it indestructable. That would be a epic deck

Wall of Roots makes for a better blocker and source of mana as an alternative to Keeper of Progenitus . I would also condsider Treetop Village and Ancient Stirrings . Great deck by the way +1

I would substitute Llanowar Elves for Arbor Elf just because you have no enchantments for lands. if you had some, like Utopia Sprawl. then arbor elf would be more effective. I would also check out Karametra's Acolyte or Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx for some devotion ramp to get that Helix Pinnacle to get to 100 faster. you can check out my deck, The Ramp to Victory to find more devotion ramp tactics.

a few Doubling Cubes would work as well for that

Very cool deck! Still sort of new to mtg and haven't seen Helix Pinnacle before. It's always refreshing to see something different!

Looks great but are you finding that Keeper of Progenitus and Magus of the Vineyard are helping your opponents' too much, you could sub the keeper for Nissa, Who Shakes the World // yeah, Nissa costs 1 more, but has her own benefits

Yeah, the main problem with this deck is helping my opponent out. It can beat aggro decks, like werewolves and the like. But your right, I need help with helping my opponent along with cards like Magus of the Vineyard and Keeper of Progentius.Any suggestions?
