So here we got a pretty stupid deck idea. Pretty much get out a bunch of tokens and stuff. The Whirler Rogue and Pia and Kiran allow you to do some stuff with the thopters, but mainly you are looking to do stuff with the Dragon Tempest and Descent of the Dragons combo. There are some draw spells that help you get to the combo. If you have five creatures out you can hit them for 25 damage just from Dragon Tempest, and if that dosn't do it the five hasted dragons will do the rest. You can actually kill them with three creatures out... Nine damage from Dragon Tempest and Twelve from hasted dragons. In all seriousness, this deck does pretty well against any deck that isn't fast, and it is funny seeing the reactions when you lay down the combo. Don't expect to win every game with this deck. I would just scoop if they counter Descent of the Dragons.
