Thopters Landing (Standard MTG Deck)

A deck revolving around getting out tokens, for either Pia and Kiran to use, or for Collateral. Also found out, with Virulent Plague, the token comes out, but then dies.

Played 5 rounds, placed 2nd

Round 1: 1-2. Opponent won. Temur Aggro style. Knuckleblade is a beast, still haven't really found a way to beat it...but at least I got one game!

Round 2: By

Round 3: 2-0. I won. Black, with a green splash, Ally, sort of Aggro. It was a fun round though overall.

Round 4: 2-1. I won. U/W, midrange/control. A bit of Awaken seen. Game 2 dragged a bit due to Arashin Cleric, but I also was milling generally 2-3 at a time thanks to Altar of the Brood, due to heavy dropping of land, and tokens, and evaded some possibly, incredibly nasty plays, such as Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, Stasis Snare, and other counterspell trickery.

Round 5: 2-1. I won. Abzan, midrange/control. This was a matchup that scared me a bit, as did the last one, because I was literally shaking the entire time. Altar of the Brood helped a lot here, as did Impact Tremors, even though there was a Virulent Plague on the field.
