Enchantment (1)

Instant (1)

Never thought I'd have enough Otters to work with for a deck, but here we are! :P Bloomburrow's quite promising with so many critters to work with! And these lutrines really make smile! :D

Seeing as how I'm working with a deck, quite many Instants and noncreature spells are gonna be handy here! That said, it was really difficult trying to find the right Otters to use as I find the best noncreature cards to synergize them with! Hm... Perhaps I should look towards Eaten by Piranhas for these guys instead of my other counter card, Long River's Pull... But moving on! While I'm glad I'm focusing less on creatures for an Otter/Prowess sort of deck, it feels challenging finding the right ones to use so that I can unleash the full potential! At least Stormchaser's Talent is a good start in retrieving Instants I wanna use again from the graveyard!

Naturally Stormcatch Mentor will be critical for cost-efficiency with Instants and Sorceries! Throw in the Otter Planeswalker, Ral, Crackling Wit, and I've got a conjuror of storms that can give me a very handy emblem unless I just use him for spawning Otter babies and mitigating the flow of battle with his Graceful Charity-styled effect! Throw in the other powerhouses like Bria, Riptide Rogue and Alania, Divergent Storm, and I've got a fair amount of furry Olympic swimmers to turn the tide of battle in a pinch and potentially copy damaging spells! :3

Give them enough firepower, and these slippery swimmers from underwater can promise you comebacks with a bang! X3
