I think this might work in legacy, I just need to land the Thought Lash followed by the Laboratory Maniac. Use counters and black hand picky to protect, and then during your upkeep you refuse to pay thought lash's upkeep and you win the game! You've just gotta play control long enough to get this combo out. In game's two and three, swap out the maniacs and thoughtlashes for Leyline of the Void plus Helm of Obedience and whatever you need from the board to keep them off balance. The creeping tar pit and factories can also be a win condition.
