The concept is simple
Thoughtpicker Witch and Quillspike is the deck engine, use the witch to sac creatures like
Rendclaw Trow
and Murderous Redcap, and then you basically choose the cards an opponent will draw, awesome...
lots of killspells and sacrifice friendly cards in here like
Skirsdag High Priest Grave Pact
Disciple of Griselbrand
TACTICS:
TACTIC 1: Murderous Redcap \
Rendclaw Trow
+ Quillspikesemi imortal creatures. good for blocking.
TACTIC 2: Thoughtpicker Witch + Quillspike + Murderous Redcap /
Rendclaw Trow
= Sac the redcap look at the top 2 cards of your opponnents library exile one of them and put the other one on top of his library, thus controlling almost everything he draws. after that resolves the redcap comes back with perist and i put 1 damage wherever i want. and finally, since he comes back with a -1-1 counter i take it off of him with Quilly and repeat the process making a huge quilly and causing control and burn ate the same time.
TACTIC 3:
Disciple of Griselbrand
+ Quillspike + Murderous Redcap \
Rendclaw Trow
Sac the persitant to the disciple to get an extra 2 life and then remove the counter to boost quilly, if short on life you can save an extra mana to sac quilly, who by this time is probably a 10\10, to get an extra X life.
TACTIC 4
Tactic 2 \ 3 + Skirsdag High Priest: after everything resolves, since a creature died I tap the priest the redcap (who at this point has summoning sickness so he's not really doing anything anyway), and the witch (who is a 1/1 and a "non-combatant)" to give me a 5\5 flying black demon...
TACTIC 5:
Tactics 2-4 + Grave Pact, you sac he sacs...meanwhile...quilly is getting bigger and bigger...once he has no more creatures left, SWING WITH QUILLY!
