I love Aurelia as a commander, and this deck seems really fun, but I think you need some more equipments to make Aurelia more powerful. Champion's Helm , Argentum Armor , Umezawa's Jitte and some swords would be nice. Sword of Feast and Famine is especially awesome because it combos with Aggravated Assault for infinite combat phases as long as you have people to hit. Also, if you end up adding more equipments, you might want to consider Stoneforge Mystic and Stonehewer Giant

You could also add some more utility instants to make your Sunforger more effective. Path to Exile , Swords to Plowshares , Wild Ricochet , Red Elemental Blast , Grab the Reins , Dawn Charm , Wear / Tear are just a few suggestions. Mistveil Plains is also amazing with Sunforger, and it pretty much gives you control over the entire board.

I also think some of the small creatures can be taken out or replaced with better creatures. Anax and Cymede , Cerodon Yearling , Desolation Giant , Hearthfire Hobgoblin , Skyknight Legionnaire and a few others can probably be taken out. Hero of Bladehold , Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite , Zealous Conscripts , Inferno Titan and Molten Primordial are all creatures worth considering, as they're all extremely powerful, especially with multiple combat phases.

These are just suggestions from what I've seen in my friend's Aurelia deck, and what seems to work really well for him.

Thank you for all of the suggestions! As of right now, the swords are a little bit out of my budget range but I had planned on getting that exact one. I wanted to try my best to stay away from being a full on equip deck because two of my friends already have Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer decks and I didn't really want to have to follow the same type of build style. I do however see what you mean about the usefulness of my Sunforger and I REALLY like the idea of using Mistveil Plains in conjunction with it!

I also agree with taking some of the smaller creatures out for the "whenever this attacks" creatures like Hero of Bladehold for sure. To me, that's a lot more fun than having one creature equipped with a thousand equipments doing all of the work.

I know that there is plenty of work to be done with the deck as it's built primarily out of what I had laying around and hopefully as this years tax season rolls around I'll be able to pick up a swords and the Stoneforge Mystic and Stonehewer Giant

arelia swings for 4 first combat, 5 second combat. arelia is now a 5/7, and tahts if u dont give her double strike. like True Conviction or Rage Reflection or Boros Charm

i personally would change out Glorious Anthem for Spear of Heliod same effect with the +1/+1 but with the bonus effect of if u have open mana people are afraid to hit u

suggestions, Trepanation Blade seems a bit out of place, doesn't really synergize with boros themes, unless I'm missing something.

Loxodon Warhammer could replace the blade. It's rather cheap and costs almost the same manawise.

I suppose the guaranteed +3 with the lifelink and trample does make it a little more consistent. I'll consider it for sure, thanks!

Hellkite Charger is another infinite combo with Sword of Feast and Famine , and is just a sweet card in general.

Savage Beating , Fury of the Horde , and Seize the Day + Aurelia are some other extra combat cards.

Ever think of trying cards like Crescendo of War or Archangel of Strife ? While risky, the reward sometimes is worth it. Furnace of Rath and Gratuitous Violence double up with Gisela and halve any your dudes would take. Avatar of Slaughter gives everything double strike, again great risk but reward is worth it. War Cadence ensures Aurelia gets through for lethal, and sticks around for round two of her assault. Idyllic Tutor fetches Aggravated Assault , if that helps

I can be a fan of risk reward but I don't think it's something I want for this deck. Yes it can be good at times but I'd like to think this deck is very solid without sticking it's neck out as well. I like Gratuitous Violence and I like that only my blocking creatures get the +1 from Crescendo of War but I don't think I have a comfortable spot for the rest save for Idyllic Tutor and War Cadence

Great deck. Lots of synergy and an uncommon concept. Just curious...why Resurrection ? Wouldn't Breath of Life be slightly better? not that the 2white is an issue in this deck. What about Marshal's Anthem or Death or Glory instead?Also I agree that equipment cards are amazing. What about Nim Deathmantle in this deck instead of the resurrection if you like equipment?
