Enchantment (1)

A Boros Archangel Avacyn deck, intent on playing a white permission-control style gameplan while using low cost or multi-body creatures to provide enough pressure to close while opponents stumble. The flash cards allow you tp play a traditional white control-style: respond to their plays by removing key pieves or "outlawing" actions (see Hushwing Gryff and Containment Priest). Avacyn both gives access to a mini-field wipe in the command zone or a way to let my own board survive opposing wipes. She's also sized well enough that while she's not a fast commander damage clock she doesn't need much to become a potent clock (allowing her to "counter" lifegain strategies)

Cards in the deck fall into three major caregories: -Instants, Flash Creatures, specific necessary "hatebears", and ways to play other spells at instant speed. These allow the deck to interact with or prevent problematic playa from opponents to stop them from getting ahead. -High value producing threats. Cards like Legion Warboss, Hero of Bladehold, and Bell Borca, Spectral Sergeant require finding an opening to go "shields down" for a turn, but once they stick they will continue to advance the deck's board without effort. This allows the deck to begin growing a clock while interacting, so it can close the game before opponents recover after stumbling. -Cards that synergize with the general. Basilisk Collar and Sword of Kaldra all enhance Avacyn's flip effect when 3 damage eventually gets outclassed. The sacrifice outlets and Divine Reckoning give you control over when you flip (Also, the man in Divine Reckoning's art is headbutting a skeleton 'til it explodes). Tajic, Legion's Edge and Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant   seek to protect my creatures from her flip effect.

Updates Add

-1 Boros Battleshaper, +1 Great Train Heist - Battleshaper was among the last holdouts from the soldier tribal theme of the original deck and was just waiting for any new card to take its place (it was huge and sorcery, so it needed to go)

-1 Elspeth Tirel, +1 Territory Forge

-1 Brought Back, +1 The Wandering Emperor

-1 Akroma's Memorial, +1 Spark Rupture - It has a slight non-bo with the 3 planeswalkers in the deck, but it does replace itself, it's not too mana intensive, and it cleanly answers an archetype this deck otherwise can't mount the type of consistent pressure to interact with favorably otherwise

-1 Captain of the Watch, +1 Kutzil's Flanker

-1 Stormfront Riders, +1 Aven Interrupter

-1 Catapult Master, +1 Grey Knight Paragon

-1 Homura, Flame Ascendant, +1 Elspeth, Sun's Champion

-1 Mountain, +1 Restless Bivouac

-1 Forgotten Cave, +1 Ghitu Encampment
