The deck is amazing=D. However, I would take out the Voices, mainboard the Armanda Wurms, and add some Witchbane Orbs to the sideboard. Otherwise, your deck looks good=D

why Avacyn's Pilgrim when you can use Arbor Elf to untap a shock land which opens 2 colors.

Having 3 Loxodon Smiter s in the main board and 2 in the sideboard is illegal and won't help you because you can only run 4 anyway. You should probably throw something else in that SB slot. Maybe Ground Seal to deal with snapcasters and graveyard-based decks like reanimator.

Yea I realize it's illegal I was moving things around and forgot to fix itand pilgrim because I don't always have a forest to untap, I've been stuck with two sunpetals and an elf and it was terrible
May 26, 2013 8:11 p.m.
the chances of that is very uncommon though. you have 4 Breeding Pool s and 4 Temple Garden s with 2 Forest s. i think that is enough to run it but fair enough. your deck your call.

It's not as uncommon as you would think. Even if it were only 20% common, having our one drop be a dead card 20% of the time is pretty bad.

I think two each of both pilgrim and arbor would work really well.

Angel of Serenity is really mana expensive, do you tend to get to play that when you draw it? I haven't playtested this more than a few times but it seems underwhelming for something that costs 7 with a triple W cost. consider taking the 2 out to have a total of 3 Arbor Elf s and 3 Avacyn's Pilgrim s for a much better consistency of mana ramp.
humor me and see how that works out for awhile(:

also, if you didn't want to do that I would say just replace it with 2 Deadeye Navigator s. costs 1 less and only 2 Us, and you can pay 1U for 5 life and a 3/3 however many times you wish. seems a lot better of an option to me.

Alright I will try that out. I was at gsmeday this weekend and angel of serenity won 2 of 3 of the matches I won, but mostly wad a win more kind of a thing. I'll also try out navigator, but he doesn't effect the board state immediately, unless I have 9 mana open. If I were to take out angel, I'd probably add in something lower on my curve, needing less ramp. I was thinking a couple rancor could be really nice giving smiter or resto +2+0 and trample would be awesome.

Idk were to have the 6 dorks, should I throw in another gavony to make sure the dorks aren't completely irrelevant for late game draws

-4 Farseek +1 Arbor Elf +1 Avacyn's Pilgrim +2 Fiend Hunter having a total of 8 dorks will save you the need of Farseek . All your creatures are 1 color dependency except for Loxodon Smiter so the dorks are enough. You could always drop 1 dork to stay at 7 dorks and put in another Fiend Hunter or Loxodon Smiter . Farseek is good but not for this decks intent. No need to waste turns when you could have a 5 or 6 drop on turn 3 where Farseek at most will give you a 4 drop on turn 3. For ships and giggles try it out and you will see what I mean. It also provides a chump block if need be.

Take out one Progenitor Mimic and MB a Prime Speaker Zegana . She's such a star in the late game, and since you have Restoration Angel Makes it even better. Might want to run two, or even just an extra one in the SB for control matchups.

Getting a thragtusk every upkeep is much better than drawing at most 6 cards. I'm running a full playset of revs.Mimic is also less depedent on board state than zegana, in that it can use crratures on the other side of the board.taking out farseek is a good idea, but I think having 7-8 dorks is too much considering the curve I'm running and top decking a dork late game sucks, even with gavony
May 29, 2013 1:42 p.m.
In playtesting I found the aura's to be just win more, aside from the mana dorks and voice all of your creatures are already large so control will likely already want to kill them, the deck is too grindy to just race against aggro (unless you end up with 2 land, mana dork, many smiter hand), and you lack mainboard hexproof guys.
The aura's slots would likely be better put to use with spells that work well with both your creatures and your instants. Selesnya Charm can allow for favorable combats, remove your opponent's big creatures, or make an instant speed dude, Azorius Charm can "remove" an opponent's guy, give you a huge life swing, or help make your bad draw's a little smoother. Or you could run Rootborn Defenses and have an epic combat trick/ anti sweeper spell that has synergy with all your token producers.

I know what you mean, but the trample they give gives the deck the extra oomph it needs to really succeed. Chump blockers makes my big guys irrelevant.

Have you tried Rewind instead of Plasm Capture ? If cast on their turn, you can then untap lands to pay for an Advent of the Wurm

Was building something very similar to this build its great to see that other people are giving feedback helps me out. Voice of Resurgence why you so expensive?
