Thraximundar Please help ?

I need to remove 15 cards from this deck, i am not sure what to remove, or remove more to add in a little more land, or cards to replace with, here is my thoughts,

I want this deck to be aggressive, I am trying to use Grixis to the fullest, I have land mill with Mind Grind Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker and Consuming Aberration I love the land mill aspect, get the cards into the opponents graveyard really fast,

Black; I am using black for its destroy Hero's Downfall Dreadbore Terminate for those higher end creatures, and using its ability to use the grave yard Gravecrawler Buried Alive Bloodghast ETC. for the board-whips on low, Damnation medium Life's Finale and high tiers In Garruk's Wake and for their hight end monster to pack a punch later on. all while doing that, making my enemy's wonder to attack me or not with my enchantments on the field.

Blue; In this deck blue is being used for small control with Counterflux Counterspell but the main use of blue is to utilize it completely by ramping my self up and slowing my enemy's down enough until the black comes in with cards like Frozen AEther Bribery Bident of Thassa Leyline of Anticipation Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir Notion Thief You get the idea, to slow an opponent and to speed me up in the process,

Red; To be honest, red does very little in this deck, but what it does do is game changing, every red spell i play decides the game for me in an instant, Insurrection Urabrask the Hidden Stranglehold Aggravated Assault I have used them in tight situations, and every time they changed how the game was played.

So in this deck I want to use ever aspect of Red.Blue,Black, while having balance. and the deck working nicely, throw in some tutors there, kill and counter spells there, small and large creatures for both ends of the game, and when something does die it shouldn't be the last time you've seen it in play, from high end cards Rise of the Dark Realms too Omniscience to make sure I still throw surprises at them when we reach the end, all the creatures work with Thraximundar you are use-full until dead, then you come back, and Gravecrawler Nether Traitor ect. make it sure that I can bring them back and throw counters on Thraximundar, but he is not the main of the deck, the deck will run without him, he is like a full arsenal, but useless without his army to back him up... so any thoughts ?
