So, this is my first deck. It all started with a Guilds of Ravnica draft. The deck is built around the putting creature cards in your graveyard. Grisly Salvage, Stitcher's Supplier and Glowspore Shaman will help self-milling.
Sakura-Tribe Elder is for quickly getting mana, but also help feeding the graveyard with creature cards, since it allows the deck to have less land cards and more creature cards.
Nemesis of Mortals and Splinterfright are for causing pain to your opponent, and Splinterfright also helps self-milling. (Not sure why I'm not playing 4 Splinterfright.)
Additionally, these two are perfect for sacrificing with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord.
World Shaper might not be the best fit for this deck, but I really like the artwork and the 'put all land cards into battlefield' ability. It also pushes your opponent to make a decision: are you allowed to continue putting cards in your graveyard, or is an intervention needed but at a high cost?
Living Death is nice for a twist in the game and has saved me in the past. Animate Dead brings in the extra feature of playing with a creature card from your opponents' graveyard. Am considering to remove Animate Dead, because I find myself unhappy whenever I draw the card.
Gnaw to the Bone was added because previous games showed that sometimes the deck is too slow and too much life was lost before there were enough creatures in the graveyard.
Graveblade Marauder was a really nice find. It makes my friends sigh instantly.
Drafted a Avatar of Woe, so what the hell? Tap, destroy creature.
Added a Stitch Together after it mysteriously disappeared for a year only to turn up in this new deck of my friends :)
In all, latest additions: Nether Traitor, Avatar of Woe, Stitch Together and Reanimate.
Journey to Eternity
is probably going to be removed.
Removed one Assassin's Trophy, because it was borrowed.
