i think this is great but focus on heals it will be way better to go without as much populate and use trostani just for the heal and go with Heroes' Reunion , Primeval Bounty , and Loxodon Smiter not really healing but a great card and Tablet of the Guilds is nice small healing if you still want to go for a bit of populate Growing Ranks and Grove of the Guardian plus the primevial and you should be set, also magus staffs, and Soulmender are good+1

well then you need to make it more dynamic, dont see how those planswalkers will help you, same goes for Alive / Well , personaly i would use Into the Wilds so you wont top deck lands and things that do populate like Rootborn Defenses and Druid's Deliverance .

btw i would take 1 Armada Wurm and 2Archangel of Thune and stick in 3 Voice of Resurgence . just cause your deck like my got all to use its full potencial.

i am still working on 2 more voices. and ajani kind of fit the whole +1/+1 to creature. the more i modify this deck tho the more i see myself shying away from it. i originally created this deck around Archangel of Thune and Path of Bravery . This deck has already been so modified past that now.

If im being completely honest I don't see how any of your planes walkers wouldn't somehow be more fitting as other cards. Even just replacing them with a few Unflinching Courage could improve this deck.

Seeing a similar deck could help:

Weenies of Thune (Post-rotation)

Where are the Angelic Accord 's?! Whenever you populate a wurm you get an additional angel because of Trostani, Selesnya's Voice 's ability.

With all the counters floating around have you considered putting in a Kalonian Hydra ? Ultimate M14 combo

Ratchet Bomb in the sideboard. Good all-round removal.

@ Matthewb155 I don't feel confidant about running a card that does nothing but populate. If a card does it in addition to its other effects, like Rootborn Defenses , then it will be more useful. you run the risk of your tokens getting removed and having a dead card, even if you have other creatures on the battlefeild

I can appreciate this build.

For one Loxodon Smiter is the best three drop that can be in this deck given your parameters. Often, you'll pull it out on second turn over a Voice of Resurgence . Additionally, being white it'll benefit from Brave the Elements .

Another three drop to consider is the first striking, life linking Fiendslayer Paladin . If you have an Archangel of Thune in play, the first strike will net the rest of your team +1/+1 counters prior to regular damage. In addition it has semi-'evasion' as it cannot be targetted by red/black spells.

I'd even consider main decking a single or two of the Banisher Priest .

Ajani, Caller of the Pride is a good main deck planeswalker more for its Double Strike ability, more than the +1/+1 theme. Giving your Archangel the doublestrike will net your entire team +1/+1 counters.... twice.

Since the deck utilizes Unflinching Courage , do you often use the Selesnya Charm more as a exile removal?

I'd consider Sundering Growth for enchantment and artifact removal in the sideboard. Theros will be a heavier enchantment block and the spoiled art this morning suggests that equipment may play a roll as well.

I'd also suggest Dryad Militant in the sideboard for the interim since not everyone will play by your rules for their decks. It's a strictly better Rest in Peace for you since you do get to hit or block for 2 (or more).

Advent of the Wurm / Armada Wurm are great cards, but I'm thinking only run one or the other. Gideon, Champion of Justice is a good card, but I'm certain he does not belong here (although it is fun to enchant him with Courage and let him trample in, it's just a rare occurance)). This should give you a little space for any changes.

It is really interesting deck, nice combos, good job man! Benefits and win cons are obvious here so just wanna say what could go wrong here, in my opinion.

1: You have too much high cmc creatures. You definitely don't want Archangel of Thune , Armada Wurm and Trostani, Selesnya's Voice in your initial hand. And in this set, i'm afraid it could be about 30-40% of the games. All you can do, as was suggested here, add some 3rd drops. Beside all that already was suggested i would recommend Centaur Healer it'll give increase your deck synergy.

2: Gideon, Champion of Justice looks just not for this build, at least not in main. Better get second Ajani.

3: Against control decks you may side some Silence and Savage Summoning .

4: 1 Kalonian Hydra will make this build better imho ;)

i see alot of fuss on the hydra. i mean realy thise deck got its bombs already what it realy need is a faster ramp, my first thought continues to be the same Into the Wilds so you can ramp and you get a extra card per turn if it is a land. the only way this deck going to have trouble is to become top deck so add like Into the Wilds make sence.

one thing did you ever thought on using Garruk, Caller of Beasts ?? it might give you more draw and with Into the Wilds less chance it will be lands when you revel it.

I had garruk at one point for craterhoof. Subbed it out because most of my creatures don't come from creature spells. I'm about to take out the armada wurms for Loxodon Smiter

I would avoid Into the Wilds . Although it may seem to give a lot of value, the fact remains that it is a 4 cmc card. So by the time you get it out there and it (maybe) activates, you would already be at 5 lands. Which, mind you, is the cost for Archangel of Thune as well as Kalonian Hydra IF you do add him in. I really just don't see Into the Wilds as a viable card for this format.

i might consider doing 1 Trostani, Selesnya's Voice for a Kalonian Hydra

Nice! This is pretty similar to my Selesnya deck except I went with the populate theme instead of the life gain. I would definitely Mainboard 4x Fiendslayer Paladin s as the lifelink would help your deck a lot. I would rather have the paladin than Trostani, Selesnya's Voice but that is just a personal preference.

After playtesting my Selesnya deck, I found that I needed more removal because of all the nasty creatures out there, so I mainboarded 4x Banisher Priest s. Here is mine if you wanna check it out:
