Food Chain to Dragonstorm Wincon —June 21, 2023

In short, you do not need this but I am obsessed with Dragonstorm. The introduction of Hoarding Broodlord only added to the mania and I figured out yet another way of forcing an unnecessary combo with Tiamat + Food Chain + Dragonstorm

Let's assume you have Food Chain on the field and enough mana to cast Tiamat just once:

  1. Cast Tiamat

  2. Target Hoarding Broodlord, Prossh, Skyraider of Kher *f-etch*, Hellkite Courser, Ramos, Dragon Engine, and Morophon, the Boundless

  3. Feed Tiamat to Food Chain for all Red Mana. (+ 8 red)

  4. Cast Hellkite Courser, bring back Tiamat. (- 6 red)

  5. Feed them both to Food Chain for Green and Black Mana. (+7 green, + 8 black)

  6. Cast Prossh, Skyraider of Kher *f-etch*. (-1 red, -3 black, -2 green)

  7. Feed Prossh, Skyraider of Kher *f-etch* to Food Chain for Black Mana. (+ 7 black) if you can convoke your way to Hoarding Broodlord do that instead.

  8. Cast Hoarding Broodlord ( - 8 black)

  9. With Hoarding Broodlord's ETB search for Dragonstorm. ( you should have 1 red, 5 green, 4 black in mana pool)

  10. Feed Hoarding Broodlord to Food Chain for any mana you wish.... ( + 9 any mana)

  11. You should have enough mana to cast Ramos, Dragon Engine, and Morophon, the Boundless. ( -13 mana total)

  12. Feed 4 unused tokens to Food Chain to cast Tiamat; put 5 counter on Ramos, Dragon Engine. do whatever you wish with Tiamat's tutor ability

  13. Remove Ramos, Dragon Engine's +1/1 counters and receive WWUUBBRRGG in your mana pool.

  14. Cast Dragonstorm from Exile. *I prefer targeting Dragonlord Dromoka, Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Scourge of Valkas, Dragonlord Kolaghan, and Ancient Gold Dragon

  15. Kill the table that survived Scourge of Valkas's triggers with an attacking Ancient Gold Dragon.
