A more budget-y version of my previous Tibalt Has Had Enough Deck. As such, it's a taaad more low-powered, but still pretty strong for a budget build. It's mono-red burn with some spice.

Tibalt Has Had Enough. He's sick of being made fun of, and now he's back with an arsenal of fireballs, lightning bolts, and aggressive creature friends to show everyone who's boss. Get ready to cause a lot of pain and chaos.

This deck is fairly heavy on instants and sorceries, as well as creature and enchantment based synergies for instant and sorcery cards. Burn spells like Lightning Bolt, Shock, and Banefire will be your bread and butter. There's also copy spells like Reverberate (the signature spell) for extra spice and utility. Faithless looting gets you some card draw, and you can filter a bit with Mana Geode and Burning Prophet.

Banefire and Apex of Power, or perhaps a Reverberated Inescapable Blaze are your finishers. Ramp as well as you can and ping opponents for every little thing along the way. Burn spells can get rid of problem creatures, or better yet, deal damage directly. Don't forget to swing with creatures constantly. Even if you lose a couple, it's fine as long as the opponents' health totals go down.
