Tibalt's big D...ragons!

Oathbreaker Mono-Red

MarsLaw

Use both tibalt's +1 and the special spell to stock your graveyard with dragon's approaches. On turn 4, you should be able to use a dragon's approach to get out your dragon of choice. You win the game by playing repeated DAs, bashing your friends in the face with big nasties, or through Hellkite Tyrant. Here is my reasoning for each card which isn't dragon's approach or a mountain.

Goldspan dragon: Usually an excellent first choice for summoning. It has haste so you can attack the same turn it comes out. This allows you to target planeswalkers which are already building to their ultimate. Goldspan Dragon also makes you a treasure when it attacks, and all treasures produce double the mana. This treasure can be used to negate the commander tax on your special spell, allowing you to cast it the very next turn, or can be used to help summon other dragons/helpful cards directly from your hand. Every other card in this deck should be playable with seven mana which you are pretty much guaranteed to have on turn five if Goldspan is your first dragon of choice.

Dragon Mage: Restocks your graveyard with DAs. This is your special spell on a big and nasty. It accelerates your strategy of triggering multiple DAs in a game.

Copper Dragon and Helkite Tyrant: These two provide a nice win combo, as well as extra mana. The extra mana can be really helpful in playing other cards, or playing lots of DAs. Both of these are also big nasties, meaning they can dish out a sizable amount of damage.

Balefire Dragon: This dragon is primarialy here for a bit of control. If I'm playing against a deck which needs creatures to work, balefire dragon can field wipe them over and over. It wont take care of the largest creatures, but it can kill most creatures.

Arcane Bombardment: This is a win con all to itself. If you have a graveyard stocked with DAs, you can dish out 15 damage by the second turn after you play arcane bombardment, if you can cast a DA the same turn you play it.

Thrumming Stone and Locket of Yesterdays: these two together help you play lots of DAs. There is nothing better than having a fully stocked hand and then realizing all your DAs cost a single red mana. You can often kill all your opponents by just playing lots of DAs in a single turn.

Anger: As fun as some of the dragons in this deck are, they suffer from two problems. 1) They do not have haste and you must wait an extra turn to attack with them. 2) They must deal combat damage to trigger their awesome effect. If you have anger in your opening hand, you will be able to put it into your graveyard with your special spell, thus solving one of these two critical problems. I choose to replace a mountain with anger because this deck has no issue at all with hitting its land drops.

Fiery Emancipation: If you happen to get out fiery emancipation, use the special spell, then activate tibalts -4, you deal 21 damage to your least favorite friend! also, firery emancipation just adds lots of fuel to the fire of whatever else you are doing. It supercharges both your DAs and your dragons, making the beatdown even quicker.
