I'll add more to this later, but for now...

Tibalt's my favorite Planeswalker, I'm determined to make him work despite all the hate towards him, the whole "madness" aspect is really iffy with him... rather than focus on that, I'd look more towards his -4 skill rather than his +1 (which most decks try to do). Still incorporates things like Madness and Unearth to help balance the random discard aspect, but we're looking to do fast pain here.
