Testing a Tibalt deck. Hoping to get some graveyard interaction and such rolling. Ideally Vintage/Legacy, although my knowledge on that aspect of magic is lacking.

Any help regarding: Dredge, Cycling, Madness, Flashback that go well in this format is appreciated.

I really want to make Tibalt work, so him remaining in the deck is paramount. If splashing a 3rd color would be necessary I would prefer it to be either blue or white.

TBH, the current setup is nothing how I originally imagined the deck and any aid would be nice.
