This Deck is a different take on mono- blue deck with a lot of control so I thought I should make a good sea creature deck! Some hands may look bad but if you have cheep card draw... ALWAYS keep because most of the time you will hit those much needed lands. Feel Free to leave a comment leaving ideas I should add or combos that II could add. Also let me know if I should make it more competitive or not, right now its just made for playing with friend.
