This deck is all about my two favorite planeswalkers, Teferi and Venser. You can think of it as a love letter to them, and between them. I used to ship these two, when I was a teenager, and I guess I still kinda do. I want to make this deck be powerful, yet thematic. Raff is the commander because he is what I would imagine Teferi and Venser's son to be like. Raff is also great in a control deck, allowing me to play most of my permanents at instant speed.

The goal of the deck is to control your way to ult your powerful planeswalkers, combo off with Isochron Scepter , or to win with Approach of the Second Sun . It is reminiscent of U/W control in Dominaria Standard.
