So I'm struggling to perfect this decklist, any and all help in doing so is greatly appreciated.

The overall core of the deck is that its SUPER crazy easy for Sage of Hours and Kalonian Hydra to go infinite with one another. The struggle becomes that those are some pretty scary cards each and are going to attract a ton of hate from an opponent. The current focus of the deck is staying elusive until I can swing in with my combo, take infinite turns, and win. Here are my big concerns:

1. I'd love a tighter creature base. I feel like mine is a bit bulky right now which could reduce my utility. Anything I could cut? Anything I should be running, but currently am not? Experiment One is a favorite one drop from way back and is just SO hard to deal with, but I was also looking at Scute Mob and Cloudfin Raptor as more aggressive options? They're definitely slower, but would Plaxcaster Frogling and Simic Charm offer enough spell-proofing to keep them floating?

2. Spell utility. Simic Charm is a super strong spell that can trigger my sage's heroic, and do like two hundred other things as well. Bioshift means that in an ideal world I'm never very far away from an extra turn, but maybe something that has a more direct impact by itself? Additionally Increasing Savagery seems crazy good because of interaction with Sage of Hours but at sorcery speed maybe somthing is stronger? I am really interested by Enter the Unknown as it does trigger the sage and potentially offer me some really solid ramp, but maybe its too inconsistent?

3. will Master Biomancer be everything he's cracked up to be? would I be better off just running a higher curve and a stronger utility creature like Prophet of Kruphix? Or does his ability mean I'll be combo-ing out sooner rather than later?

4. I do REALLY wanna keep this pretty budget. I recently found a playset of Kalonian Hydras which was what inspired the deck and cut down its price considerably. Other than that none of the cards are too bad, but if you have suggestions lower value is probably gonna be a better choice?
