I like using cards that are unique or not very loved, in this case The Prismatic Piper.

By combining one of the "worst" card with one of the "best" card (Jeska, Thrice Reborn) from Commander Legends you get (in my opinion) an interesting and fun infinite mana combo deck.

You play the deck by using one of the infinite combos like Archeomancer/Mnemonic wall + Peregrine Drake + Ghostly Flicker/Displace to tap and untap your lands for infinite mana and then cast your Piper and sacrifice it with a sac outlet like goblin Bombardment (It doesnt need to be a free sac outlet as long as it doesnt tap) as many times as you need and then cast Jeska (make sure you have at least one red mana for her) and use her [-X] to kill your opponents.

Cards like ashnod's altar, Phyrexian altar and mycosynth lattice are cards that I will put in when my budget allows.

This is my first deck description so I hope this is helpful and not just a confusing cluster
