This is a modified version of the timey-wimey deck. I want to interact as much as possible with time counters, adding and removing them to increase Rose Tyler's power

Rose Tyler + The Tenth Doctor are the commander pairing, with The Tenth Doctor mainly serving to exile cards into suspend with the Alons Y ability, which helps increase the counters on Rose Tyler. The other ability can be used to remove or add 3 time counters to each card which couls expedite bringing in powerful spells.

I kept rogues passageway and psychic paper to have mechanics to make Rose Tyler harder to block, so it's easier to get commander damage through.

Paradox Haze is here to make more use out of all suspended cards especially recurring ones like Chronomantic Escape, Rousing Refrain, Inspiring Refrain and just speed up other permanents coming into play.

Chronozoa I want to have go wide very quickly due to time counter shenanigans.

I'm debating on adding more tutor mechanics, to try to get Paradox Haze and As Foretold onto the field faster, and I'd appreciate suggestions.

I'm considering cutting Amy Pond + Rory Williams , but I like the time counter removal from Amy Pond and the partners mechanic is nice
