Timmy!!! (Legacy MTG Deck)

I LOVE Timmy (the Prodigal Sorcerer) and I have always wanted to make a deck around him. So I abused the "Splice Into Arcane" mechanic to make them much more effective. This is a very fun and inexpensive deck to build.

Unless I am casting a creature (or Freed From The Reel) on my turn, this deck is mostly played "before the end of 'your' turn", untapping my "Timmys" to re-tap them to deal more damage. Usually I deal the damage directly to the player instead of creatures, but not always. The Leviathan is in there to help shut down a lot of decks, and the Sphinx is there for extra card draw. This deck is best suited for one on one, although in a group game, you get tons of cards from the Sphinx.

This update came around because I saw a few cards from new sets and thought they would work very well in this deck. I also cut down this deck from 70 cards down to 63.

I took out the following cards: 2x Cancel 1x Evermind 1x Spell Syphon 1x Unsummon 1x Fate Stitcher 1x Fledging Mawcor 1x Pirate Ship 2x Puppeteer 2x Ancient Spring

I added the following cards: 1x Archetype of Imagination 3x Counterspell 1x Evolving Wilds 1x Nezahal, Primal Tide

Finally, I want some help: I want to put in a playset of Basilisk Collar but don't know what to take out. Please help.
