EDIT 8/1/10:Played this deck at my local FNM, went 2-1, made it into the top 3. Two games I went 2-0 in two matches. I opened up with an ideal hand or close to it. Was using
Tinker
turn 3 and was doing pretty well. The one lose I had (went 0-2) was against and infinite turn Time Sieve Tezzeret the Seeker match in which I couldn't draw into a
Tinker
or
Disciple of the Vault
despite 4 mulls.

The two infinite combos that I constructed into the deck never got to see play, thought that may be in part due to the fact that I either won early game, or just didn't get to go. As a result I am contemplating removing some of the cards or keeping it for another week to see it play out.
Considering previously mentioned advice I obtained 4x Isochron Scepter, I think I'm going to put in at least 2, remove the Unsummon, and hope to have an every turn counterspell ready to delay my opponents.
1.) Tinker to get Darksteel Colossus.2.) Copy artifact on the Darksteel Colossus.3.) Use either Infinite life combo (Krark-Clan Ironworks, Myr Retriever, and Scrapheap) or Infinite Damage (Krark-Clan Ironworks, Myr Retriever, Disciple of the Vault).
