This is one of my favorite builds. It’s a combo build that I made because I did not want to play Oona. The reason being, I wanted a sneaky deck that no one saw coming, many times in Commander the deck with the earliest lead gets taken out first, so I decided to go with a different faerie to helm my infinite mana combo.

The main combo for the deck is an isochron scepter/dramatic reversal combo. The trick is finding the time to strike and saving a counterspell to protect the combo. There are many outlets in the deck to win once you have infinite mana, from milling the opponents, to mass manipulating all creatures and planeswalkers to casting every spell in every opponents graveyard. This is why I built this deck instead of Oona, because there were many outlets for the infinite mana, and they are not always "I win" which adds a fun challenge to see which wincon you can pull off in a game.

If that combo is removed a backup wincon is the dark depths/thespian's stage combo to get Marit Lage into play.

Another way to kill an opponent is o swing with Wydwen and cast Hatred to kill them. I usually save this play is an opponent looks at the commander and says something along the lines of "that's not a very good commander".

Personally this is a fun combo deck to play, considering the multiple paths to victory. This deck runs a lot of tutors to keep it relatively fast pace. This commander makes it seem more innocuous than it actually is, which is the point.

There are few creatures in this deck, and in face, Wydwen is more used for a blocker that anything else.
