Trying to make my first commander deck. Caught a a few similar discard decks online and saw some built around stealing stuff from the opponents deck. I tried to take the best of both worlds and have this list.

I have never built commander before and could really use advice on if this is a decent deck or where improvements need to be made.

The goal is to make our opponents discard as much as possible while having cards assist with picking at their life total through discarding and secondary to all of this is having cards that allow us to steal our opponents cards from the graveyard.
