I've always wanted a Counters strategy EDH deck but I was always torn as obviously the Abzan/Dromoka colors built some strong Counters synergy, but Simic also had great stuff. And then the Gods at WotC answered my prayers and printed not only this dope CO in all four colors but built essentially a pre-con with EXACTLY what I wanted to do. So taking that apart and rebuilding it, this is my build, where incremental advantage is the key phrase, except it's not going to be so incremental. the title is a reference of it tipping the game in its favor also on the recent "scales" decks from Tarkir that played similar strategies.
