This is my personal build for a Tishana, Voice of Thunder Brawl Combo Storm Deck.

The goal is to stall the game long enough while ramping tons of mana, cast Paradox Engine and Aetherflux Reservoir to start the storm engine, play a bunch of cards, cast Tishana to refill your hand and keep going until you eventually reach 50+ Life Points. Then just kill the opponent for the win.

The deck is packed with counterspells to help you survive and get rid of big threats, creature removals and tempo cards, such as Unsummon, Perilous Voyage and River's Rebuke.

Last but not least, the deck carries must have cards for the format such as The Immortal Sun, which provides card draw, creature buff and cost reduction, and other card draws to ensure we keep pushing our advantage once we ramp enough mana.
