Commander damage, ramp and control options.

Early game ramp to bring Tishana, Voice of Thunder onto the battlefield ASAP. Lots of counters and responses are available to anything that threatens her once out. Blink/bounce her to avoid board wipes using Sentinel of the Pearl Trident , Teferi's Time Twist , Temur Sabertooth or Release to the Wind . Make her hexproof with Swift Warden (replacing Plaxmanta for added flavour) or Plaxcaster Frogling (and the format staple boots). Most effects are creature based to benefit from Tishana's enter the battlefield draw.

Doubling your hand size and thus Tishana's P/T with Prime Speaker Zegana or Soul's Majesty should be enough to bring Tishana to 21+ power and being able to kill off one opponent a turn, with various evasion strategies like Merfolk Sovereign , Talons of Wildwood (with built-in anti-two-for-one), Skyrider Patrol or Rogue's Passage .

Traverse the Outlands can easily ramp another 7-10 lands after Tishana first enters play, which turns Engulf the Shore into a cheap Cyclonic Rift . If there is already evasion available, Ethereal Usher can transmute into Prime Speaker Zegana or Give / Take for draw instead.
