Combinations for insanity:
+1/+1 Counter Farm
Doubling Season+Conversion Chamber+Throne of Geth+Simic Guildmage+Gyre Sage+Plaxcaster Frogling.
2 mana for conversion chamber, spawns two golems thanks to doubling season. Frogling grafts each creature, loses 2, but both golems get +2/+2 thanks to doubling season. Guildmage uses 2 mana to move a counter from Golem 1, 4 to take both from golem 2, put both on Gyre Sage, which gets 6 rather than 4 thanks to DS. Sacrifice Golem 2 to Throne of Geth at your leisure. Proliferate (w/ DS) Golem 1, Gyre Sage, and Graft creature. End result of turn 1. Golem 1 has 3 counter, Graft Creature has the two it grafted away at the beginning replaced, and Gyre Sage has 8 more counters than when it started.
Turn 2, Gyre Sage can tap for 7 mana. 2 for spawning 2 more golems (3&4), which come in grafted. Repeat the process, but now take 2 away from the left over golem 1. 5 counters removed, 10 added to Gyre Sage. Proliferate. Now golem 1&3 are on the field with 3 counter, graft is still stable, and now Gyre Sage has 12 more than in turn 1.
Turn 3, Gyre Sage can now tap for 19, which can pay for the 2 mana to spawn 2 golems and the mana to move 9 counters. From here, you can give your other creatures the mana. But remember that the amount of counters available continues to increase, so be sure Gyre Sage can tap for enough mana by giving it enough counters.
