A very budget Sun Titan control deck that I think can be very effective in today's Modern. I will go over each of my card choices in turn...
Creatures
Sun Titan-the core of this deck. A large beater that brings back tons of cards from the graveyard that do cool stuff.
Wall of Omens-another core card. A blocker to drop early in the game that draws you cards and can be brought back by Sun Titan for more card draw. Yay!
Lone Missionary-life gain at its finest. Can be brought back by Sun Titan and gains you a ton of life.
Court Hussar-a very nice card in this deck. It draws me cards very well and is also brought back by Sun Titan.
Expedition Map-Mainly a tutor for a Plains to trigger Emeria but is also brought back by Sun Titan and gets me lands, which is always nice.
Other Spells
Negate-a counter for non creature spells in general but also for Rest in Peace in case it comes out.
Dissolve-really wants to be Cryptic Command but since we're budget this will have to do. It's also our only hard counterspell in this deck.
Detention Sphere-a very nice removal spell. It can get every nonland permanent on the board. It's also brought back by Sun Titan and Emeria.
Path to Exile-one of the better spells in modern, this card is a 4x must in any control-like deck.
Supreme Verdict-the best board clearer in modern in my opinion. It gets everything on the board. Overall a good 3 of.
Sphinx's Revelation-an underrated card in this deck. It can secure bulk draws and life late game which puts us out of reach and allows us to work with our Titan and Emeria mechanic. A nice card.
Mana Leak-a nice disrupter early game that can counter most things and if not that then makes your opponent tap down.
Emeria, The Sky Ruin-other than Sun Titan, the most important card in this deck. It brings back everything including Sun Titan in case something happens to it. Overall a very strong card that is key in this deck.
