Tibor and Lumia is a bad magic card. Let's kill people with it.

The most effective way to leverage T&L's weird ability is with 'when ~ deals damage' effects. Equip Basilisk Collar or Neko-Te or Charisma and all of a sudden the red ping ability becomes a useful board control tool. However, this won't actually kill your opponents, so we need some way to actually close out the game. Since we're already running a ton of ways to find artifacts we can use Runechanter's Pike as our finisher. Unfortunately pike can only kill one person at a time, and I'd rather table in one turn than muck about like some kinda scrub. Chandra's Ignition will let us hit everyone for huge damage, potentially lethal if we can Reverberate it.

Now, is a three+ card combo way more effort than it's worth to only sometimes kill everyone? Yes. Yes it is. However, this setup is more reliable than it first looks-
1. each effect has redundant copies (mostly)
2. we have a ton of tutor and draw and recursion to quickly assemble it
3. each piece is useful outside of the full combo
also I find it fun to play bad combos.
This shell works well for the Nekusar classic of Molten Psyche copied as many times as possible, we'll run that too.
