Who wants some cats!!!

I really wanted to see how to make a Bant Cats deck work. I thought about it and said to myself "Challenge accepted!" and then got started. Angus Mackenzie has picked a new career, guys.

On a side note... I don't like how high the CMC average is. Do you guys have any suggestions on what I can do to bring it to below 3?
