Summoner's Pact for free mana and card advantage. Also when Wild Cantor is in it can search for a black source.

I wouldn't call Summoner's Pact card advantage. It's trading 1 card for another, leaving you with the same amount of cards as before.
Also, Azami, Lady of Scrolls seems much better than Disciple of Bolas since it takes up 1 slot rather than 2 (Disciple needs itself and Bridge from Below ). But this deck is pretty sweet as is. I love the Biovisionary in the maybeboard. That's a seriously hilarious win con that works!

I'm just wondering why you don't run a couple of the win condition cards each ( Laboratory Maniac and such, or run both Disciple of Bolas and Azami, Lady of Scrolls so that you can keep more hands... I'm glad you at least run 4 narcs not 3 like most of these decks, because otherwise if you draw one you lose the game...

You really want Azami, Lady of Scrolls instead of Disciple of Bolas for one extremely important reason.
When Disciple of Bolas enters the battlefield, his trigger goes on the stack. When that trigger resolves, you draw a card from an empty library and win the game. If I respond to that trigger with Lightning Bolt or Path to Exile targeting your Laboratory Maniac , you immediately lose the game instead.
If, instead, you use Azami, Lady of Scrolls , you simply have to tap her to draw a card. If I respond to her ability with Lightning Bolt or Path to Exile targeting your Laboratory Maniac , you can simply tap the maniac to get an additional draw trigger. You draw from an empty library and win before my disruption resolves.
Running Azami instead of Disciple gives you an automatic way to protect your combo.

I call it card advantage because its taking a card out of your deck, giving you better odds of drawing cards you need. The deck has a lot of draw mechanics.
Disciple of Bolas and Azami, Lady of Scrolls serve the same purpose, in the same way, neither requires Bridge from Below in the slightest.

Thats a really good point NobodyPicksBulbasaur
I run Disciple of Bolas and Azami, Lady of Scrolls in my version of this deck, which avoids that problem so I never noticed. I prefer running 1 of each instead of 2 Azamis so its harder to remove that part of the combo from the deck, since they have different names. Disciple makes it easier to get a black source if you run a back up draw mechanic, because of Chrome Mox , however rare that circumstance may be.

I agree with you FricksBricks. It works nice having both because of Chrome Mox but not essential, I will be taking it out. Thank you as always for your comments.

Can you tap Azami, Lady of Scrolls ? Wouldn't it have summoning sickness?

No sir. It is not an activated ability but rather triggered. I could tap her or another wizard. :) Pretty awesome, right?

This is great. No, wait, it's wonderful. It's beautiful.
I mean, yea, there are obvious consistency problems with it (like not having a Pact of Negation right off the bat, or enough mana-producing artifacts/sorceries/creatures...) it's just awesome. 90% reliability is cool, but 100% would be better. I think, though, this can be completely ignored by the fact how awesome the mechanics of the deck are.

Those are my thoughts exactly. The way I see it is my chances of getting a Pact of Negation are about the same as my opponents chances of getting a Force of Will . The mechanics make the deck! Even if I have to fold once or twice, chances are I will win 3 out of 5 first turn. Ha! Thanks for the props AlfaNerd. Upvotes are always appreciated

Thank you xequemate! Just like any other Legacy combo deck, if you think you have an original idea, think again. However, I did think of the combo and a lot of the mechanics on my own. My primary objective at the end was to have an answer for Force of Will . I'm glad you recognize that. Thanks for the +1 and cheers!

What about if your Laboratory Maniac gets hit with Slaughter Pact when you tap Azami, Lady of Scrolls while it's on the stack? That's the real risk right there. If that happens, you end up turn 1 killing yourself. DX

what's the point of Summoner's Pact here? Is it just Elvish Spirit Guide 5-8? Anyways, I like the deck. +1.
