Still pretty early days on this deck - I'd appreciate any advice!

Sideboard has cards I'm seriously considering for including in the main deck.

Doing it that way because there's a lot of cards in the maybeboard since I'm still playtesting.

Infinite Combos

Oathsworn Vampire + Phyrexian Altar

Edgar Markov's Eminence ability creates a 1/1 Vampire Token from casting Oathsworn Vampire, allowing us to continuously cycle Oathsworn Vampire from the battlefield to the graveyard and back again by sacrificing both to Phyrexian Altar. There's no intrinsic gain in this but multiple cards in the deck have relevant triggered abilities.

Exquisite Blood + Marauding Blight-Priest or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose.

It's the classic Exquisite Blood/Sanguine Bond combo but with Vampire stand-ins for Sanguine Bond. I decided against including Sanguine Bond as well.

Quick note on one maybeboard card interaction: Reconnaissance would allow me to remove my creatures from combat after first strike damage, but before regular damage. Stromkirk Captain grants all of my vampires first strike, as would Stensia Masquerade.
