primer tbd but the jist is enchantment value + Tidespout control

there's a few combos to get the tidespout early including polymorph, defense of the heart, and pattern of rebirth since you will usually have access to frog fairly quickly and a decent amount of sac value will let you get the pattern of rebirth out, especially if Blood Funnel is in the mix.

late game you want things like enchantress's presence, elemental bond, and teferi's ageless insight to keep your hand full. blood funnel and ashnod's give you big reduction in cost for each of your enchantments, and maintain your board presence with the tidespouts, and maybe some flash to your enchantments to slow them down and maintain value and combat damage them out with leyline of anticipation and vernal equinox.

to get there, greater good, village rites, entomb, unmarked grave, demonic Tutor, Diabolic Intent, deadly dispute, fact or fiction, will help you dig for your pieces.

entombed and dead tyrants can be resurrected with necromancy, animate dead, and dance of the dead. tyrants can also be polymorphed out of your frog with polymorph and pattern of rebirth + sacrifice (about 12 sacrifice cards in this deck there would be MORE but for some reason 3 mana win cons with thassa's oracle is fair but recurring nightmare isn't, although to be fair it would be stupid consistent in this deck) tyrants can also be fetched into play with defense of the heart

since our commander has built in evasion and there are some buffs to compliment that along the way and as an alternative hasty win con but usually as a payoff of the control.

marked prototype for now as it hasn't been proven at all, new cards soon i might change into, and also the price is a bit lopsided for the slower and less mana effecient effect but it seems fun and i like the flavor.

opening hand, ramp, fetch, stax. we should be able to draw an enchantment at 42 in the deck, but its beneficial to have one in hand for after we summon commander, 2-3 lands (3 if no ramp, or only enchantment in hand is ramp to 3)

commander, frog, and stax will make up the early game. with a little bit of sacrifice value, and some fetching to even out our findings, we should be able to cheat some tyrants into play, grab our card draw engines and start getting to value lockdown town so your big boys can beat their way to player removal.

your ideal setup has hullbreaker horror and flash for your enchantments (or a backup instant) since mid-late game you're more susceptible to wipes, with some value helping you to sustain it a few turns.

the deck could obviously be optimized, maybe trade 5 of those enchantments for more fetches or more effecient stax, but this feels pretty strong and works with the colors in fun ways and is a fun new build around i'm enjoying for now
