I call Maelstrom Wanderer Togepi because he knows metronome... at least for spells with CMC < 8. This deck is capable of pulling out some ridiculous early wins, especially in 2-3 player games. It's also capable of totally falling flat on its face [Ex: Maelstrom into Overrun & Day of the Dragons with an empty board), which is why I love it. I do have lots of stacking and tutors, but I generally end up casting Wanderer as soon as I can just to see what happens. Consistent games are boring. And no one likes losing to Avenger of Zendikar and Sylvan Primordial repeatedly. As a rule I try to never tutor for land destruction either, unless it will wrap up a stalemate.
