Sideboard

Maybeboard

This is a RGW ramp deck that utilizes Doubling Season with Planeswalkers to go big and wide with token creatures.

The basic idea is to ramp using Arbor Elf and Voyaging Satyr with Utopia Sprawl in order to play Doubling Season on T3. Birds of Paradise and Sylvan Caryatid help with ramp and mana fixing. The simplest approach would be to play Sarkhan Vol on T4 to produce (10) 4/4 fliers aresulting in a win condition on T5. However, the Planeswalker combos in this deck are too fun not flex. The jist is to play Samut, the Tested to tutor Sarkhan Vol and another Samut, the Tested. Then repeat the same trick two more times (if possible) to grab Domri Rade, Ajani Unyielding and Teferi, Timebender. This allows you to take an extra turn and then pop off Domri Rade and Ajani's ultimate abilities, resulting in (10) 14/14 flyers with double-strike, trample, hexproof and haste.

(I am 99% sure this is legal, but please let me know if my Samut chain is broken in any way)

Alternately, Ajani, Caller of the Pride + Ajani, Mentor of Heroes can be used to produce (200+) 12/12 cats!! Meow.

If you are not lucky enough to get a Doubling Season in your hand or first couple of turns, Idyllic Tutor and Commune with the Gods can be used to seek it out. Oath of Nissa, Ajani Unyielding and Ajani, Mentor of Heroes can help you find your Planeswalkers.

This seems like a fun deck and I am in the process of building it. Any suggestions would be appreciated, especially regarding the Sideboard. This is only my 2nd Modern deck and I am hoping it will be fairly competitive at FNM. Cheers.
