my first try in Modern. I like tokens, a lot! So i'm trying to build a deck around it. I don't really know much about the meta in Modern, so any comments are welcome.
The ideas are:
T1: Forest 1, tap, Arbor Elf
T2: Forest 2, tap F2, Utopia Sprawl on F1 (choose White), tap to add GW, tap Arbor Elf, untap F1, tap again to add GW, GGWW mana pool, Parallel Lives.
T3: Canopy Vista, tap all lands, cast Garruk Wildspeaker, 1 UP, untap F1 and F2. At the End of your enemy's turn, tap lands, GGW mana pool, tap Arbor Elf, untap F1, tap again, GGGWW mana pool, Secure the Wastes with X = 4, put 8 tokens on the battlefield.
T4: Tap lands, GGGW mana pool, tap Arbor Elf, untap F1, tap F1 again, GGGGWW mana pool, cast Coat of Arms. Or -4 Garruk to overrun your enemy. Or use the mana to Harmonize and get more options.
or:
T1: Forest, tap, Arbor Elf
T2: Plain, tap Forest, cast Utopia Sprawl on it, untap with AE, cast Midnight Guard
T3: tap lands for GGW, cast Presence of Gond, enchant Midnight Guard. Infinite Elf Warrior 1/1 tokens.
T4: Attack!!!
or:
T1: Forest, tap, Arbor Elf
T2: Plain, tap Forest, cast Utopia Sprawl on it, untap with AE, cast Midnight Guard
T3: tap lands for GGW, cast Presence of Gond, enchant Midnight Guard. Untap Forest with AE, cast Altar of the Brood. tap and untap Midnight Guard for Infinite Elf Warrior 1/1 tokens. Mill your enemy's deck.
