Chances of Lingering Souls being useful in edh are slim. Cloudshift is fairly redundant with card:Conjurer's Closet. Natural Affinity and card:Nature's Revolt are redundant with Kamahl, Fist of Krosa . Bojuka Bog is better than Nihil Spellbomb IMO.

In my experience there are so many killspells/boardwipes/edict effects/ bounce effects in EDH that counter based strategies are slow/clunky and can be easily stomped down so you could safely cut Mikaeus, the Unhallowed . (There a lot I didn't mention because they go well with your general.)

Greel, Mind Raker really doesn't jive with the rest of your deck.

Hope this helps

What is your budget?

Are you trying to build a combo deck or something else?

How much experience do you have with EDH?

I have plenty of experience with edh and I am aware of all the possible tutors, better dual lands and other stuff.

For this deck my goal was to basically build a board state ideal for an Overrun effect and ghave seemed to be the perfect general for that job in the colors I wanted to play.

As for budget I don't plan on spending any money on any of my edh decks (well I did for my kaalia, but I really wanted that angelic vs. demonic akroma...) but if some really good trade options come my way for my edh decks I'll usually take them (like when I traded a foil Temporal Mastery for a Plateau and Primeval Titan ).

Lingering Souls does seem to be lack luster in edh, but it's unusual for the word redundant to be thrown around in edh as a bad thing, especially in a deck with very few tutors (all my other edh decks got the tutors I own).

Also the comment on Mikaeus, the Unhallowed seems strange, you say edh is full of kill spells and board wipes yet you suggest cutting a good anti board wipe creature?

Greel, Mind Raker has a ton of interactions with my deck, mostly with the reanimation spells also he's an instant speed Mind Twist on a stick, instant speed discard is pretty good.

I've found that Juniper Order Ranger and Sigil Captain provide you with two more cards that combo to give you a lot of counters.

more descriptive comments say more.

As for the suggestions that have a little more words with them, I did add the ranger mostly due to a standard deck I'm trying out needing the garruk, it had taken me awhile to get the deck down to a playable number.

Obscurity: 8/20, the main win cons of the deck are fairly common combo's so low points here

Effectiveness: 18/20, you won all the playtesting for multiplayer but lost Vs. Hello Sweetie in the 1v1 part

Flavor: 15/20: It feels like a combo deck but isn't the wacky feel this contest was looking for

Overall 41/60
