May want to consider an alternative board sweep instead of Apocalypse . It puts you into a disadvantage because you are the only one who has to discard your hand. Now you'll have to rely on a single draw to replace and rebuild. Not good when playing 3 colors and average CMC is over 4. You would be better off using Damnation instead. I can understand a reason to use Apocalypse because it'll clear out planewalkers too, but most of the time it'll be creatures doing the killing.
I would also drop Purphoros, God of the Forge . When you start to get into the realm of the 4 CMC is needs to have more of an impact upon the battlefield, and in a 3 color deck it just won't. You'll almost never meet devotion, and unless you are dropping tokens into play on the regular it won't be very active for you. Let Scourge of Valkas handle that aspect of the game. Remember, the primary focus is token generation via the Dragonmaster Outcast and you're newly added Dragon Broodmother . The ping damage is more of a secondary thing, but a strong secondary. I can only image us being teamed up with my revamped dragon deck and this one. Things would get ugly fast.
Dropping Purphoros, God of the Forge will open up some room for the 1 drops, which you definitely need to have because right now you are very vulnerable in the early game. Yes you have your Dragonmaster Outcast , but in reality it is really a late game card because of its ability. You have some tough cuts to make, but having an early game is essential. You could take Fuss78 favorite approach to this by having 1 drop death touch creatures like:
This will buy you some time in the early game to ramp up and start getting some dragons out without getting run over. Early game is key to getting to mid and late. 1 or 2 drops are essential to survival.

Also, IMO, drop Primal Rage and the Bow of Nylea . That's not really the focus of the deck, which is token generation. Leave this strategy to your green devotion. Load up on spells like Druid's Deliverance , which will allow you to appear open for damage and will bait in an attacker. Imagine that you swing with your Broodmate Dragon and token for 8 damage and leave yourself with no blockers. Your opponent drops something with haste and beefs it up and then tosses in a double strike spell. Picture your bloodrush deck, which can end a game in a single round. You let your opponent exhaust all the spells, and at the combat damage step you cast your Druid's Deliverance , take no damage, and get another 4/4 dragon. That can also be sneaky by being able to block something that your opponent wasn't expecting for example..
You swing with both again for 8. You opponent now hopes to hit you with his Stigma Lasher and attacks you. You use Druid's Deliverance and block it with your newly generated token and take out his creature. It is a very useful spell.
You can also use Growing Ranks . Imagine that your opponent took out Dragonmaster Outcast , but you were able to generate at least one token. Now you have a backup in dragon token creation. This is really the focus of the deck, not deathtouch and trample.

Time for a makeover after what we saw from the play testing. This is heavy red, so maybe we can mix in a few things that will help via devotion. Here are my suggestions assuming that you are going to keep this deck within legacy format, for multiplayer, and with a splash of Jund.
Drop list
This will free-up 18 cards. This is my suggested replacements.
Add List
This should speed things up a bit and give it a touch of removal. You're a little more diverse this way since you can now destroy any permanent, and have a number of ways to get creatures to the battlefield if you're not pulling the right lands.
You also have a decent amout of free damage that can be generated as your are putting more dragon tokens into play since you have brought in the good'ol God of the forge.
Give this a try and let's see how it goes.
