The deck uses War's Toll to screw with your opponent. Cards like Contaminated Bond and Contaminated Ground mean your opponent has to pay life to play cards of attack, as does Manabarbs. Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs means your opponent faces down many ogres or has to not spend mana in their main phases or not attack. Wrath of God or Damnation clean up the slow start of the cards in the deck, and Personal Sanctuary means manabarbs and shocklands don't hurt you, and you basically win by using the ogres + the damage that piles up on your opponent from your contamination.
