Interesting choice for the commander. The deck looks pretty solid. Some possible suggestions might be High Tide , Reset , and possibly Isochron Scepter to recur them. Of course with the restriction on Reset , it might be better with more instants or flash cards, but considering your commander has flash, it has potential. Love the deck though, so a +1 from me.

I would play Temporal Mastery since you can essentially get a Time Walk with Mystical Tutor . Awesome deck, +1! Came from /r/EDH!

Have you considered [c]Vedalken Engineer[/c] and [c]Stasis[/c] for another lock?

Maybe add Omniscience + Enter the Infinite to make great combo like with Laboratory Maniac

I'm trying to stay away from Laboratory Maniac draw-your-deck shenanigans, as I had an Azami deck that did just that. I am considering putting in Stasis and Winter Orb-type effects to keep things on lock, but I'd need to do some retooling to support that subtheme.

No, it is not banned. Upheaval is banned, but Sunder is completely legal.

Omen Machine may have a place here, probably not, but it is wort considering for the commander synergy.

Maybe not in a lockdown deck though.

I love Omen Machine, but it's actually a nonbo with Tomorrow--he replaces my draws, which means I actually have to "attempt" to draw to begin with. Omen Machine completely stops draws, so I can't replace them. If it were worded more like Possessed Portal it would work, as it would be a replacement effect.

You should consider adding a few extra shuffle effects (I have no particular suggestions, though you could add in an Evolving Wilds or a fetch land or 2). Tomorrow sometimes gives you a choice between 2 or 3 really good cards, all but 1 of which end up stuck on the bottom of your library if you don't have a few reliable and ready shuffle effects.

Done and done! I added the pair of allied fetches I had on hand, and a Crucible to give them a secondary purpose of continual land drops (and a Strip Mine lock, if I am fortunate.) Thanks for the suggestion!

Laboratory maniac and your commander don't work well together. You never draw a card. As long as your commander is out you can't draw cards. So laboratory maniac won't trigger.

I know. The plan is to bounce/kill Tomorrow before I go for the last draw, seeing as I have my entire deck in my hands. Still, I am looking for better wincons.

Treasure Mage is great for finding the portal.

With the amounts of mana you seem to attain, I'd even suggest tossing in Memnarch Keiga, the Tide Star Master Thief and Roil Elemental. Why sacrifice your own permanents, when you can sac everyone else's?
