I would throw in Rhys the Redeemed . A 1-drop that can be played by plains or forest and gets early token generation going on. What you'd take out is up to you.

You might also throw in a Champion of Lambholt and Corpsejack Menace to get your attacks through and make your tokens even crazier, and an Aura Shards for insane removal. Ivy Lane Denizen or Forgotten Ancient Might interest you aswell for their buffing-abilities. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed could help out a lot too, especially in the event of a board-wipe. Twilight Drover can become incredibly powerful very fast with Ghave's sacrificial effect. Illusionist's Bracers and Eldrazi Monument would be good artifacts to see in here aswell, as you'll almost always have a creature to sacrifice with your tokens and Illusionist's Bracers on something like Corpsejack Menace is just insane. Pretty good deck so far, +1'd.

Ashnod's Altar is a must have for ghave, even if you aren't trying to go infinite. Phyrexian Altar is something that you probably want as well. Reassembling Skeleton , Nether Traitor and maybe even Bloodghast too. Blood Artist turns those tokens into direct damage. so does Falkenrath Noble but it costs more.

Ajani, Caller of the Pride if you have doubling season out when you cast him you can pop him on the same turn and make like 40 cat tokens, then you just sit back and let Rhys do his thing.

Mercy Killing is great because you can use it to kill one of your opponents creatures or to kill one of yours that is really big like Wayfaring Temple then hit them for a lot of damage all spread out so they cant block it all or yet another use is to bargain with it, I would also think about running something like Nevermore for all those who use Cyclonic Rift

Midnight Guard and Presence of Gond are Rhys staples

I would swap Leyline of the Meek for Spear of Heliod , and Luminarch Ascension is broken good in commander.
