Sebastimus There's a lot of stuff I like here but a lot of it seems too obvious, plus phelddagrif is a fairly small win con for me. I don't want people trying to focus me because I look like I'm setting up for something (which is a pretty doable thing as I have so much card draw), I do agree that hexproof is insane but not being a targetis much more useful to me

I'll explain, for me not being a target is much more useful than hexproof. In my opinion hexproof is one of the most underrated abilities in the game and it can be a complete game-changer, but having it in this deck means that I'm revealing that I want to protect my commander to use it later. Same goes with Gift of Immortality and the umbras. Along with you, Platinum Angel is too expensive for me so I'm not going to add it... I don't see much use in the Explorer's Scope in this deck as I am not planning on attacking much and I have a fair amount of ramp, but I do see how it could be amazing in a lot of decks. I might add Captivating Glance though, it's useful, and it's just trolly enough for people to let it happen. Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it

Yes, I agree... but Skyscribing, Prosperity and Blue Sun's Zenith still need a lot of mana. I miss some mana ramp.
Lets try this deck! After tell me how it works. it seems like good idea in multi-headed games ;)

...and Teferi's Puzzle Box should be fun with your deck style.

They're usually used as win conditions, plus I do have quite a few ramp cards, but they are group hug-y. I do really like Teferi's Puzzle Box, any suggestions for what I should replace for them?

For Acorn Catapult. In multiheaded games its useless for your style.

But it's Acorn Catapult... Yeah I do see your point though, Teferi's Puzzle Box would work much better and it'd definitely make the game really interesting

Also I have not played this deck in real life yet. The cards are coming in the mail but Canada snail mail isn't too great... I've playtested it quite a bit in solo (against a goldfish) just to see what tends to be useful for me, and I have played a couple times in a four-way free-for-all over Skype. People tend to recognize Phelddagrif as either a group hug "fun" deck or a way to conceal a game-winning combo. I am aiming to have this deck as a group hug deck that has game-winning combos, but only uses them when they are absolutely necessary, and usually only against a person that has had the advantage for the majority of the game. In my group, this tends to result in it looking like I am using my group hug mechanics in a way that it wasn't meant to be used, so when I do win everybody still thinks that the deck is a full-on group hug deck (hence the previous title: "Too Much Group Hug!")

As I said it is awesome idea. In my opinion have FUN is more important than win. And in multiheaded EDH it is even more true...

Yeah i actually made this deck because a few of my friends have started to forget that the main point of EDH is fun, i appreciate that other people agree

The only way to have fun in EDH is to make sure no one else is having fun so switch your commander to Zur the Enchanter run Solitary Confinement and Necropotence and when they think they can kill your Zur the Enchanter you find Vanishing and watch as your opponent burns their deck because of the shit fest their having also here is a really good deck Mono Blue Control.

Added Mind Over Matter as an endgame discard outlet for Elixir of Immortality and the like, does that seem like a good idea?

I have fun in EDH even without phelddagrif- so, what exactly are you saying?

DERPLINGSUPREME Basically this deck can make the game rediculous, I have had quite a few times where on turn 6 and everyone's land taps for double the mana and everyone has 12 lands with 20 cards in hand.
Sure you have fun without it, but are you having the MOST fun?
(I really don't know what else to name it to be honest)

I actually ordered Dictate of Karametra but I didn't put it in here for some reason... I'll put it in, and I have Dictate of Kruphix. I do like Narwhal for the flavour though lol, what would you suggest I replace for it?

iliketheothersitebetter I have thought about it, but most of the time people see it as a threat. I bought one but thought better of using it, as people tend to see it more as mill than friendly card drawDERPLINGSUPREME Ooh that's a good idea, what should I replace for it though?

Chaos Orb might also be interesting. also, there's a memorial I think you should attend. In loving memory of the prettiest flower in MTG

ok, I have some ideas for you:
Swiftfoot Boots, Whispersilk Cloak, Canopy Cover - Hexproof/shroud for Phelddagrif or other creatures. Really, hexproof is very underestimated ability.
Platinum Angel - Yeah, platinum angel, thats the reason... But he is a bit expensive for me, I like budget decks...
Some Bant Umbras (Spider Umbra, Snake Umbra....) - Totem armor for Phelddagrif and creatures is really good, trust me. And not only totem armor, some other usefull abilities...
Gift of Immortality - Why not? Usefull aura....
Captivating Glance - :D Funny stuff in EDH...
Explorer's Scope - well... underestimated scope. usefull in early, mid and late game.
