I have actually had good experiences with Kami of the Crescent Moon in the deck. He adds to the gap that a missing Font of Mythos brings.

I just don't know where to put all of these cards, I might take out some win conditions

Should I remove Strength of Cedars as well? It would make the deck more group hug

I have found that Strength of Cedars can be very useful to get a last minute win. It isn't very group huggy, but it's the 1% of your deck that is designed to deal damage.

True, I'll keep it in, I just am having trouble finding a place for the cards that people are suggesting. Some of them look pretty good but I don't want to have to replace anything in the deck

this deck is amazing thank you so much for making it i was playing a game recently with a Sliver Overlord deck and a Sakashima the Impostor deck on turn three we all searched our libraries for 12 lands with Collective Voyage then the sakashima deck copied a couple Gauntlet of Power and Caged Sun so islands produced like 4 mana each then we all used Minds Aglow for 49 then the turn after that i played a Tempting Wurm so everyone was able to vomit their nice full hands onto the board and sakashima wiped the board then swung with lethal damage at me and the overlord player it was such a fun match to end the night on and it is all thanks to you and everyone else who helped make this deck

I've had to take a little recess from play testing, but I got to play a couple games in the past couple of days, and I have won both. So far, getting out an early Font of Mythos effect is important. Anvil of Bogardan has also been a big component of my wins because it masks my schemes in a pretty good way. In my last game, though, I was perplexed at why I was the victim of attack as I was giving everyone an extra draw 3 each turn. I felt like I was being a team player, but I am unsure of how I posed a threat. Being attacked isn't a big deal, but 14 flying damage at once is pretty rough.

It really depends on who you play against, because there are a lot of people that can't comprehend somebody not planning for a win condition in their deck so they just assume that you have some sort of combo that you are waiting for

That makes sense. Especially since I was playing against the overly competitive people online.

I cant say am a fan of how everybody uses Phelddagrif as their Commander. When it comes to EDH hug decks. But, I understand why people do it. Past my issues with Phelddagrif. I actually think this deck has a creative tactic. Of milling players out by letting them draw.

Your welcome.Its a easy enough tactic to deal with. However, most new deck aren't built to deal with.Which means, those player have a very limit window to win.

Its too bad this deck doesn't run black. or I would tell you add in Leyline of the Void & Dire Undercurrents. However, they don't fit the hug theme of the deck very well. So, maybe its better you don't run black with this one.

Yeah, like in essence it is a group hug deck, when I'm playing I genuinely am trying to make everyone have fun, but when it gets to a 1v1 I just justify that I can't just let the other guy win, so then I try to finish them off

That's understandable. I built a group hug deck called Gremlin Squirrel Hug. While I haven't played it yet. I built it to have fun with a different style of play. and give a sense of balance to the game. and I know, I wouldn't just roll over to give the win to another player niter.I would try my best to win.

I can't wait to try this! I have two friends that like to play mill decks. So this will make it even nicer to let other people draw before their mill comes online! While they get focused down the only person giving them cards will be loved.
