I wanted to build a deck that would actually make use of the commander (most of my decks are built to not care if the commander is out, to make them more resilient). Also, I've been wanting to use Prophet of Kruphix ever since it came out, meaning I wanted something with both blue and green. As such, I built Tooney Roons. I already love using creatures with enters-the-battlefield abilities, since they give you value right away. This way, I just get even more value than I would otherwise.
